One thought - make sure that both Node A and Node B have the current authentication key, or that both IPs are whitelisted in esmond if you are using IP based auth. 

In a typical deployment where both nodes are actively participating in the mesh, the lead node will be the one doing the submissions. Meaning that when doing a test NodeA->NodeB, Node A will do the submissions, and vice versa for the other direction. There are some exceptions to this such as when each side is doing bidirectional testing and one is not an active endpoint, or when the reverse flag is used, but these are less common.

The issue is that while is see results in the forward and reverse direction on Node A, only forward results are being recorded on the MA.

Is there way to troubleshoot this and what the first things to look at.
