The stats overlay doesn't always display for some of the performance graphs 
of tests between the XSEDE perfSONAR mesh participants. Also, if the overlay 
isn't displayed, mouse-manipulation of the graph is minimally responsive or 
unusable.

I've attached two examples, one working correctly with overly, one with 
problems (the cursor doesn't show up, but is positioned near the large dots 
on the graph lines).

A specific src/dst pair usually behaves the same each time I check it, but 
not always. Sometimes selecting a different Report Range changes whether or 
not the overlay is displayed.

A host pair does not necessarily behave the same in both directions, i.e., 
right now the graph with PSC as src and IU as dest behaves as expected; IU 
as src and PSC as dest does not.

All are CentOS6-based running perfSONAR Toolkit v4.0.1-1.el6. They run tests 
from a central mesh config file.

I first noticed this issue in September.

Suggestions on how to debug?
