Hi,

Recently the admin page for tests stopped responging on my perfsonar server.
The "Loading..." overlay never goes away on its own, and it never shows the
list of tests. (Screenshot attached)

Existing tests run and everything else seems to be working normally.

I had a look at some log files (web server, messages), but didn't see
anything obviously wrong. It seems like all the components are running.

Any suggestions for where to look for error logs or debugging steps would be
welcome. I'm also willing to just do a clean sweep of the databases if that
might help.

This is a Centos build of perfsonar 4.0.1-1.
