perfSONAR User Q&A and Other Discussion

Thanks for the suggestion, Valentin.  I¹ve passed this on to the user that
was having issues generating the graphs.  They were able to generate the
graphs using Chrome but could not with IE and Firefox.

Works:
Chrome v54
 

Fails:
Internet Explorer v11.0.96
Firefox v.49.0.2
