Just to add to this...on el6 you need to remove the el6 version of course :)

rpm -e --nodeps python-dnspython-1.12.0-1.el6.noarch

3.       # yum -y upgrade

None of this will be necessary for upgrading systems from 3.5.1 once 4.0 is released.
