Hello Daniel,

The LS configuration on your central server will only be used for the central server registration.  It is not propagated to the test points, each of them will keep its own lsregistrationdaemon.conf file.  You need to manage this file yourself on each of the test points, either manually or through some central configuration tool other than perfSONAR.

If you want to make your central MA public, you're invited to configure the lsregistrationdaemon.conf file on your central MA.  It will then get listed in http://stats.es.net/ServicesDirectory/

Hey there awesome people!  Quick question about the lsregistrationdaemon.conf file in the context of a perfsonar deployment with a singular central MA/centralmanagement server and multiple testpoints. I'm a bit flummoxed as to what I am supposed to do with this file on my MA/centralmanagement server. There is the lookup service, but isnt there also the central management configuration file too? If I am planning to create a central configuration file do I not need to bother with the lsregistrationdaemon.conf file? Thanks!
