Thank you for your helpful response! I spent many sleepless nights trying to figure this out, I didn't realize "bwctl" was used for the throughput tests. I do not have access to the Hurricane Electric server at 4.34.58.11, so I wouldn't be able to enable it there.
The reason I installed perfSonar 3.4 and allowed it to upgrade overnight to perfSonar 3.5.x is because I trying different things to identify why my throughput tests were not working. I even tinkered with the version 4 Release Candidate in my endeavor.
Appreciate the information, you set me on the right path to proceed.
