I wouldn’t worry about this too much, especially if the rest of the system is at or above the recommended settings but it will be something important to keep in mind when you look at results. 

I agree, but you'll likely only get 6-8Gbps TCP with that speed CPU, instead of 9.9G.

Also, I hope you have 4 cores, as thats recommended too.
