We are trying to deploy perfSONAR servers in our network to monitor throughput speeds however we are encountering a problem in one of our servers. When we go to its home page, the test results cannot be displays. Instead, we get a message that gateway timeout message (picture is attached).

We've tried rebooting the server, deleting the tests and re-configuring them, as well as removing all firewalls between the servers. However we are still getting the message.

Would you happen to know how to fix this? Any ideas will help. Thank you.


Did you verify that underlying database is running?

Please check logs in /var/log/cassandra and /var/log/httpd for errors
