Hi,

This is the correct page on how to install release candidates: http://docs.perfsonar.net/release_candidates/4.0rc1/install_rcs.html

The page you are looking at does not have the step that installs our staging repository. You simply need to run “yum install Internet2-repo-staging” in addition to the commands you have already run and you should be able to see the packages.
