Hi,

We just installed the lastest ps toolkit off iso and are trying to test a 40G nic.  I'm getting the error "bwctl: NTP: STA_NANO should be set..." when I try to run bwctl against our peer ps node. 

I currently don't have general access to internet for NTP to sync, but have the time set manually and ntpd running.

My test is:

bwctl -a 30 -s ps-peer
