The better solution to that might be for us to provide a program that will take your new file and pull whatever levers are necessary to make the contents take effect.

The process currently is:

* manually edit the source mesh config file

* run the conversion tool to create json

* scp the json to the webserver (from where the other nodes pick it up)

* run the update of maddash yaml

The process works OK as it is - at least it is flexible enough that we can choose where to publish the JSON.
