Downloaded pS-Toolkit-3.5-FullInstall-x86_64-2015Oct20 iso and installed it on
two VMs on the same VMware host.  Configured a ping test on each one pointing
to the other.  There are no results in the Test Results section.

NTP is in sync on each host.
