Hello!


I'm trying to get NDT to work on 3.5RC2 with consistent failure.  I've turned off all other services, so this is just an NDT box.  When I go to (https://perfsonar1.research-lan.colostate.edu/toolkit/) it appears that NDT (Version: 3.7.0.2-1.el6) is not running under 'status', but the CLI (web100srv is running) when I do service ndt status.  When I go to (http://perfsonar1.research-lan.colostate.edu:7123/) to try to run the test, everyone is asked to login and are redirected to (http://perfsonar1.research-lan.colostate.edu:7123/toolkit).  I can create a user with (/opt/perfsonar_ps/toolkit/scripts/manage_users) which people can then log into the admin interface and change things.  The log files in (/var/log/ndt) are not recording any errors.


I'm trying to restore similar behavior as 3.4 - An unauthenticated open NDT page which I can give to an end user so they can test their connection; and an authenticated page to modify services.


This is an upgrade of a 3.4 install.
