Actually, we saw all 5 servers in the directory earlier, but now only 
two are visible. They appear as:

pfsnr.usiu-pop.n.kenet.or.ke
197.136.29.1

The actual set of 5 are:

pfsnr.uon-pop.n.kenet.or.ke
pfsnr.usiu-pop.n.kenet.or.ke (seen in locator)
pfsnr.eger-pop.a.kenet.or.ke (seen in locator but by IP address, not 
name) (*)
pfsnr.moi-pop.e.kenet.or.ke
pfsnr.maseno-town-pop.k.kenet.or.ke

It looks like the last of those is down, but the others are all 
reachable. Of these the first two are in good stable POPs in Nairobi, so 
it's odd that one is not visible in the locator.

I can try pointing to a different locator, but first is there anyone who 
can check logs on ps-sls.sanren.ac.za to see if the locator service is 
having problems? What might cause the 403 / 500 errors?
