Hello,

I was wondering if anyone knows how to forward testing results in perfSonar to Splunk?

I might ask what your use case is here - you want to blend data you have in Splunk with pS test results? Or do something different with visualization, perhaps?  And any particular test results?

Personally, I try to keep performance metrics out of my analytics platform, particularly high-volume timeseries data, because Splunk isn't as efficient/economical for storage/retrieval, but also because the timeseries data is already pretty 'cooked', and there isn't much value to extract from it by having it indexed in Splunk.

If your use case is blending data between pS and Splunk, It might not take much to refactor carbonmine (https://splunkbase.splunk.com/app/2664/) to work with esmond - that would let you keep your timeseries data in one place (and where it wants to be), and combine it with whatever you have in Splunk.
