Unfortunately there isn’t a way. Bwping does not provide an option for setting the bucket width of owamp tests. I created an issue here for this: https://github.com/perfsonar/bwctl/issues/16

Your only option is to start an owamp server on the remote end and run owping directly (without bwping) using the -b option.
