I see NDT shows on there right now.  

Szymon, if this is the right instance it is  NDT 3.7.0.1-2.el6.

What if you try setting NDT ON, then Save, then OFF, Save)

what is the result of chkconfig --list?

We had this problem reported earlier this year. Which NDT version do you use?
