Good morning!

Both our bw & lat boxen got security updates this morning:

Mar 24 03:52:48 Updated: tzdata-2015b-1.el6.noarch
Mar 24 03:52:50 Updated: tzdata-java-2015b-1.el6.noarch
Mar 24 03:52:50 Updated: bwctl-client-1.5.4-1.el6.i686
Mar 24 03:52:53 Updated: openssl-1.0.1e-30.el6_6.7.i686
Mar 24 03:53:04 Updated: bwctl-server-1.5.4-1.el6.i686
Mar 24 03:53:05 Updated: bwctl-1.5.4-1.el6.i686
Mar 24 03:53:06 Updated: openssl-devel-1.0.1e-30.el6_6.7.i686

Our bw box logged an error:

/etc/cron.daily/0yum.cron:

/etc/init.d/bwctld stop: bwctld stopped
waiting...
/usr/bin/bwctld -c /etc/bwctld -R /var/run
bwctld[8227]: FILE=paris-traceroute.c, LINE=81, ParisTracerouteAvailable():
Unable to verify that 'paris-traceroute' is working. It may not be installed.
exit status: 1: output: ExecCommand(): exec(paris-traceroute): No such file
or directory
bwctld[8227]: FILE=tools.c, LINE=475, Couldn't initialize tool
"paris-traceroute". Disabling it.
/etc/init.d/bwctld start: bwctld started

Confirmed - paris-traceroute does not exist. Maybe it used to.
Does this matter?

Since both boxen got latest kernel & openssl update, going to reboot both &
hope they come up healthy.

BTW, can one beg for a "status" option?
root@lcgnetmon02>
service bwctld status
usage: /etc/init.d/bwctld (start|stop|restart|help)

start - start bwctld
stop - stop bwctld
restart - restart bwctld if running by sending a SIGHUP or start if
not running
help - this screen

BOO!
