Done & will see if that clears up the "Use of uninitialized value
$chkconfig_output" bug as well in next hour.. It does,
/var/log/perfsonar/service_watcher_error.log is now empty!!
KUDOS Mark, that was an easy & tidy fix!
And thanks Mark for the GUI advice. Yes, setting NDT ON (Save) then OFF (Save)
via the GUI both starts then tidily kills the ndt processes, & apparently
the OFF does a chkconfig --del as well since chkconfig --list no longer
shows ndt at all on Lat box (or Bw).

Well, with the single PATH line set in /etc/cron.d/cron-service_watcher ,
that appears to get rid of all /etc/cron.d/cron-service_watcher errors....
So will pass on the patch for now.
