This is just baffling. It works fine on my local box using the exact same config file. Could you apply this patch http://ndb1.internet2.edu/~aaron/added_address_logging.patch and then go to the main page, and then send /var/log/perfsonar/web_admin/web_admin.log?

You can patch it by doing:

patch -p2 -d /opt/perfsonar_ps/toolkit -i /path/to/added_address_logging.patch

Cheers,
Aaron

Here you go.

Hi Aaron,
I'm out of the office today.  Will get you the conf files on Monday.

Thanks

Hey Justin,

It¹s bizarre. The logs show it going through all the interfaces. I stuck
your IP on one of my hosts¹ unconnected NICs, and putting in the stuff in
web_admin.conf worked just fine. Could you send
/opt/perfsonar_ps/toolkit/web/root/gui/services/etc/web_admin.conf so I
can take a look at it?

Cheers,
Aaron

Aaron,
Did you see anything in the logs to explain the behavior?

Hey Justin,

Can you visit the main page, and then send us
/var/log/perfsonar/web_admin/web_admin.log?

Cheers,
Aaron

Is this setting coming from somewhere else then?

Question 2 I posted this before and have tried many configuration
options but nothing that seems to work as I was hoping.  My server have
4 interface being used.  2 10gb for perfSONAR and 2 1gb for management
and backup.  The 2 10gb interfaces connect to different subnets/routers
to provide multiple test points.  I really only want the 2 10gb
available for all PerfSONAR services but there does not seem to be a
good way to configure this.  Seems like I need to have all 4 interface
available for testing and then use IPTables to block any connection to
the interfaces I do not want available.  Is this the correct
assumption, or am I missing a better way to handle this?
