Hi Ty,

Any MeshConfig newer than 3.4-1 should support the options, so the versions 
you listed are fine. The 'type' still uses deceptively old looking values but 
each has their own way of using the new tools.

For bwctl with iperf3 set the 'type' to perfsonarbuoy/bwctl but set the 
'tool' to 'bwctl/iperf3'.

For bwping running owamp, set the 'type' to 'perfsonarbuoy/owamp' and 
'force_bwctl_owamp' to 1.

Before anyone asks, yes we are in the middle of documenting these. It's long 
overdue but hopefully only a few days away.
