Part of this is pilot error, part of it may not be.

I can get to the toolkit page OK from the outside.

When I click on the NDT the page comes up, Java starts, but nothing (much) 
happens after it starts, just the "ok, here we go" message after clicking 
"start".  In /var/log/messages, I am seeing:

[Thu Jan 15 11:03:13 2015] [error] [client <myworkstation>] Permission 
denied: path not allowed: /Tcpbw100_msgs_en_US.class

These all show up as "path not allowed" as well:

/Tcpbw100_msgs.class
/Tcpbw100_msgs.properties
/Tcpbw100_msgs_en.class
/Tcpbw100_msgs_en.properties


When I click the NPAD link, I get nada.  Well, I get a new tab in the 
browser, but it sits and spins for as long as I care to let it.  I don't 
see anything in the logs that correlates.


Where to now?
