Another location you can find training materials that are affiliated with the 
perfSONAR effort is via the “Operating Innovative Networks” series of 
workshops.  Prior agendas and materials can be found here:

perfSONAR will be mixed in with other things (Science DMZ Architecture, 
Globus, SDN), but this may be some good reference for your needs as well.
