git clone https://code.google.com/p/perfsonar-ps.docs/

and do:

make latexpdf

or

make singlehtml

Surfing the whole doc may give a better idea of "Big picture", parts, how
it's supposed to work.
As it is it looks like saving about 60 html pages is the whole thing - bit
unwieldy.
