Hey Allan,

Could you try applying this patch, and see if it fixes the issue:
http://ndb1.internet2.edu/~aaron/owamp_time_fix.patch

You should be able to patch it by doing:

patch -p1 -i /path/to/owamp_time_fix.patch

while in the owamp-3.3 directory.
