Hi all,

At our facility there is a campus-wide HTTP proxy in place. (the proxy is in
place for HTTP only - we have proper access for most of PerfSonar's TCP/UDP
ports!)

It looks like there's no way in PerfSonar to enter proxy details. This means
that PerfSonar cannot get the list of global groups and users, so we can't
easily choose other sites to test to. This affects my hosts, and I know it
affects colleagues at other facilities on the same campus too.

I've fixed the code in LSCacheHandler.pm - please can we roll this into
mainline PerfSonar? It's a single line fix.

Line 252: insert "$ua->env_proxy;"

This makes LSCacheDaemon pick up proxy settings from the bash environment if
available. I put this into the bug tracker a while ago but you were on a cusp
of a new release, so I think it got passed over.
