perfSONAR User Q&A and Other Discussion

I had the same issue and I got around it by enabling it manually via 
chkconfig.  After doing that once for both of the services (NDT and NPAD) I 
was able to use the "Enabled Services" gui after to enable/disable.

e.g.
#chkconfig --level 2345 npad on
#chkconfig --level 2345 ndt on

Also noticed this in  /var/log/perfsonar/config_daemon.log

I keep trying to enable NDT under "Enable Services", but it keeps coming up 
as Disabled under "Local Services".  I go back to "Enable Services", and it's 
unchecked.  It's the only service that won't stay checked when refreshing the 
page after saving.  Is there a new requirement to enable it?  This is a newly 
loaded box.
