Hey John,

The NDT developers are currently working on packaging up a release candidate for a new version of NDT, which would include Java and flash clients, along with the HTML 5 frontend (that makes use of either Java or Flash client under the hood thanks to the vagaries of NDT’s protocol). When the final NDT version is released, it’ll be included in the Toolkit.

Not that it’d solve the cut-paste issue, but if you want to test out a version of NDT with a signed Java Applet, I’ve got some RPMs that you could install.
