Hey Abhishek,

The perfSONARBUOY BWCTL are up for those hosts doing regular throughput
testing with other hosts. The BWCTL services are up for any host that wants
to allow folks to do throughput tests with it. I’d presume more sites have a
BWCTL daemon available than are doing regular throughput tests, so it doesn’t
surprise me that there are fewer perfSONARBUOY BWCTL listings.

As per question #3, what is your goal with these hosts? Are you trying to do
some BWCTL tests to them, or are you looking for the results of throughput
tests that have been done in the past?
