Jason,
There was not a message preceding the "RAMDISK" line. Earlier I was able to boot into another kernel, but unfortunately I am not with the node right now (I will be at the end of next week) to check it again.
I believe we have had issues with disk space on this node before, so a lack of space on the /boot partition might be a valid suggestion.
Thank you for the suggestions, and I will get back to you when I am able to try more.

Hi Joshua;
Were there any messages preceding the 'RAMDISK' line below?
Could you try booting into one of the other kernels on the system (doesn't matter if its web100 for now)? We have not had any other reports of this nature, and that error could mean just about anything.
If you are able to get in to the system via a different kernel, you may want to verify things like if the disk has run out of space (in particular, the /boot partition). If you can't get in via a different kernel, let us know and we see what else we can try.
Thanks;
