You may want to try some of the other methods for writing the latest 
netinstall to the key listed in there.  The changes we applied at the time 
should be permanent now, but in the event that things still don't work out 
you can go with the 'special' USB netinstall images we made for 3.3:

We haven't used these in a while, but the thinking is that they would work 
just fine and still lead to a 3.3.2 system.  Keep us posted on what you find, 
we can do some experimentation locally if you still have trouble.
