I  am answering 2nd part,

Which browser you are using? Firefox sometimes doesn't show the graph even the data is there. However for my case, I was able to see the graph using Google Chrome and Internet Explorer.

Is there a way to see the data without Google?  I think the one-way latency and bandwidth measurements have the same problem.
