Also,  

I see repeated instances of this in the logs (both when the problem existed, and also now, that the graphs are working normally.  Don't know if it's related or not.

Well, as has happened far too often in my 15 year IT career, as soon as I publicly announce a problem, the machine makes me a liar and begins to behave normally.  

This problem existed every time I've tried to load the pages for the last 6 days, but just now when I tried it (to get you log files) the graphs loaded normally.

So here are the logs from earlier this morning when it was failing.  Perhaps if I know why it was failing before, I can fix it myself next time.

Could you open the page in question in your browser then then send us /var/log/httpd/error_log? It looks like your host is collecting OWAMP data from browsing the various pages, looks like maybe the CGI script is hitting some type of error.
