perfSONAR User Q&A and Other Discussion

Hi,

Here is Taiwan, I installed perfSONAR toolkit, the timezone here is
Asia/Taipei (CST). It's the same time with Hong Kong Time(HKT).

But the time which shows in the web graph is not the real local time. It
becomes to another CST timezone(maybe).
For Example, the time here is PM 5:30 2013/3/27, but the graph shows it is AM
3:30 2013/3/27.
If I change the timezone to HKT on purpose, the graph will show the correct
time.....

Is it  a bug?

BTW, everything is correct on owamp...
