Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
I have created an issue in our issue tracker for the problem in Firefox: http://code.google.com/p/perfsonar-ps/issues/detail?id=690. A developer will take a closer look at the issue and will try to fix it.
The location bug has already been solved and the fix will be in our next release. http://code.google.com/p/perfsonar-ps/issues/detail?id=676

On the Administrative Information page, using a relatively new firefox
(Debian testing, 10.0.12) I could not Edit the Host Information. After
filling in the fields and clicking Ok, nothing changed on the page. No
amount of saving changes and/or refreshing could get the information
entered in the popup to stick.
So, trying Chrome (24.0.1312.56) the information took, but once configured
the main Local Performance Services page shows a whacky location:
