perfSONAR User Q&A and Other Discussion

Hi,

A very stupid question.
I have installed perfsonar-mdm3.3-debian5-i386.iso and I am using 
https://forge.geant.net/forge/display/perfsonar/perfSONAR+MDM+Administrator%27s+Guide
as documentation. Is there any PDF format available for this documentation ?

I also look for a more advanced documentation.
For instance I would like to know where is the configuration file and 
their description for the different types of node (LS, AS, ...) ?
I would like also to know how I can deploy all the type of node (Lookup 
Service, Authentication Service, SQL MA, RRD MA, BWCTL MP, SSH/Telnet 
MP) on a minimum number of machine ?
I certainly  missed something.
