From the looks of it, your Toolkit host has an internal IP address
(192.168.x.x, 10.x.x.x or 172.x.x.x). A number of the services on the toolkit
won't run with these addresses, to avoid registering invalid addresses in the
global lookup infrastructure. The upcoming release of the toolkit will make
it easier to configure it to work with internal addresses, though, I'd
suggest against that to avoid advertising a service that outside clients
can't get to. In the mean time, I'd suggest setting your host up with a
non-internal address.

Cheers,
Aaron
