Would you be able to send us the apache logs? they should be in the /var/log/apache2 directory. If you could tar up that directory, and give us a pointer to download it, that'd be good. Thanks!

Hi Daniel;

We have not had any reports similar to yours.  You can take some measurements of the 'working' system now, and again when you see these problems arise:

 df -h
 free
 ps auxw

Also, you can re-start the services via init instead of rebooting:

 sudo /etc/init.d/apache2 restart
 sudo /etc/init.d/ssh restart

When system reboots everything goes back to normal for a short time.
After this time the problem occurs again.

I could not find error messages yet.
