Hi Daniel;

We have not had any reports similar to yours.  You can take some 
measurements of the 'working' system now, and again when you see these 
problems arise:

  df -h
  free
  ps auxw

Also, you can re-start the services via init instead of rebooting:

  sudo /etc/init.d/apache2 restart
  sudo /etc/init.d/ssh restart
