Hi Victor,

the current debian package for the OPPD WebAdmin is still tagged as "testing" 
and available at the following URL:

http://downloads.perfsonar.eu/repositories/deb/pool/main/p/perfsonar-oppd-webadmin/perfsonar-oppd-webadmin_0.31-1_all.deb

Based on the old package name "oppd-WebAdmin" I guess that you were using an old 
version of the package which contains the old package names (oppd-mp-bwctl etc.).

Testing of the WebAdmin package was successful so far, so it will presumably be 
tagged as stable in the next few days.
