Add these two lines somwhere in the owmesh.conf file:

OWPCentralArchDir   /var/lib/perfsonar/perfsonarbuoy_ma/owamp/archive
BWCentralArchDir    /var/lib/perfsonar/perfsonarbuoy_ma/bwctl/archive

This should make the error go away.
