Well, it's perfsonar-clmp 2.1 and sql-ma 2.1, both running on debian lenny.

About the direct connection, yes, i'm able to access it directly.

Can you please describe what you actually do? Are you trying to store some CL MP data into SQL MA?
Which service throws an exception?

The message can indicate some misconfiguration of eXist access (if direct access works)
