Hello Jose,

This problem is a known issue with the WebAdmin for BWCTL MP, see:
https://bugzilla.perfsonar.net/show_bug.cgi?id=481

Moreover, the installation guide unfortunately is wrong here, as there is no
tomcat used for BWCTL MP and its WebAdmin. There is a new version of the
guide and a new release candidate (for the next MDM Release 3.1) for BWCTL
MP, fixing this.

However, if you feel it necessary to provide a patch for 3.0, let me know,
and
I can provide you a fix as soon as possible.
