Hi Gaurav,

Honestly, I have no idea what's going wrong.
Perhaps there is something wrong with XSLT stylesheets processed by Ant.
They're for initializing the service automatically, but are not necessary.

So my suggestion is to:
1. upgrade your Ant (I have 1.6.5)
2. if it doesn't work, comment line 170 of
/home/gchadha/perfsonar_svn_trunk_jan23/perfsonar/ant/axis-deploy-targets.xml
(and probably line 180 as well)

If both fails, contact Uros Juvan (in CC:), as he was the author of XSLT
changes in ant and maybe encountered similar problem as well.
