Hi Win-Labor,
A quick look at some recent BWCTL tests on GN2 MPs suggest that there
are problems with the MPs (possibly as a result of changing from BIC to
HTCP)?  Please could you have a look at the recent tests between NY-UK,
NY-NL and NY-FR and see if there is a correlation between the changes in
results and any changes you have made.
