Maciej, there are still some references to CVS in the instructions, and 
Step 9 is labeled as being about downloading jars, but talks about 
configuration.

This may be a problem related to ant and some of its libraries (I had a 
similar problem when running the 'configure' portion before).  I found 
that by adding all of the jar files from the ant distribution 
($ANT_HOME/lib/*.jar) to the classpath I was able to complete this 
target.  Also, the old version is missing the step to physically 
download the libraries, this step is now listed at the top of the page 
but is missing from the internal sections (ant -f build-xmlls.xml 
libs-xmls).
