Hi all,

If you have installed the java version of perfsonar services (which make 
use of axis), detailed instructions on how to install and use SOAP 
monitor are now available here:

The SOAP monitor lets you visualize incoming and outgoing SOAP messages. 
A screenshot of my SOAP Monitor is attached.
