Hi All,
Being in the process of setting up the psUI v0.15 testing plan, I had a look
at
the bug listing in https://bugzilla.perfsonar.net/ The list of
'resolved/verified but not closed' bugs is quite long: 384, for only 155
closed
bugs.
Is there any specific reasons for not closing those bugs? This long list
reduces bugzilla usability forcing us to use very specific queries before
finding relevant bug listing.
Could I do a massive cleanup on some specific bugs like:
- all Resolved or Verified bugs with a changed date more than a year ago
- all bugs for the perfSONAR-core classification (perfSONAR 1.0 version,
pre-bundle)
Does anybody knows if there's a way to reclassify a product? I'd like to move
www.perfsonar.net to 'Management and Infrastructure' where it should belong (I
think).
I also enabled the milestone/target field. If we take the time to enter there
our miletsone targets, we would have a way to order bugs and feature requests
and have some kind of planning in place. Feel free to add milestone targets
to
the product you're in charge of.
And one last thing, is there a upgrade to bugzilla v3 foreseen?
Thanks for any help or comment trying to improve on our bugzilla usage!
Antoine.
