In theory it is registering to
http://ndb1.internet2.edu:9995/perfSONAR_PS/services/hLS but I'm not sure
if this service is always running. (Maybe ask Jason).

Unfortunately, older versions of LS do not understand the registration of
the service and return a parse error. But I think Maciej solved that
problem. Maybe there is running instance of a new LS somewhere I can use?

Let me know which LS I can register to and I will take it :)
